A warm welcome to David Finnie, East Harding’s newest Sr. Project Manager!

David comes to us from Houston, TX where he worked as a Sr. Project Manager/Project Executive for fifteen years. He has been in the construction industry for over 23 years. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and is a graduate of our very own Little Rock Catholic High School.

He has two children, Emma (17) and Cameron (21) and enjoys exercise and golf. David hopes to reconnect and spend more time with his parents and sister who also live in the Natural State.

Arts and Science Center for Southeast Arkansas (ASC)

ARTWorks on Main, formerly the Davis Building and the recently renovated ARTSpace on Main are two of the three spaces that will make up the Arts and Science Center for Southeast Arkansas’ ARTx3, the third space being ASC’s original building.

East Harding Construction, renown for its work in historic renovations, is proud to be a part of preserving the history of Pine Bluff while bringing new life and vitality to the community.

 

Rachel Miller, Executive Director-ASC, said in an interview with Deborah Horn of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette “East Harding has done a great job with keeping the project on track in spite of covid. Very professional, receptive to clients requests and concerns, and have done a wonderful job executing ASC’s design.”
