UALR Construction Management On-site Tour
East Harding Construction is proud to be a part of advancing construction interests and education among Arkansas college students.
East Harding was selected as Construction Manager for the CAW (Central Arkansas Water) renovation in Little Rock. CAW is undergoing extensive renovations to the 4 story, 45+ year old building, including a complete exterior renovation and additions.
Jim Carr, Professor-UALR, accompanied his students to the East Harding/CAW job site for an up close look at the workings of an active project.
Shawn Carroll, VP-Operations, along with the East Harding/CAW team shared insights and fielded questions about the construction process, opening minds and inspiring future construction careers.

FAB&T | First Arkansas Bank & Trust – Cabot
The signage was hung over the storefront entrance of the new FAB&T temp office in Cabot and they will begin welcoming customers soon. The temp office, located on Rockwood, will be home to the FAB&T branch during the demo and construction of their brand new, modern facility. Check back for updates on this great project.

LOPFI – Local Police and Fire Retirement System
LOPFI – Local Police and Fire Retirement System in Little Rock is getting a new face! The dark windows and red brick are being updated to a new, modern look! A curtain wall system is being installed and will enhance energy efficiency through natural light and insulation and improve building performance with weatherproofing and structural stability. The old brick and windows have been demoed and beautiful, new, glass panels are being installed.

Central Arkansas Water
EXCITING News! East Harding Construction has begun renovating the Central Arkansas Water building on East Capital in Little Rock. The extensive renovation of the 45+ year old building will give it a new modern look and provide a fresh new space for offices, breakrooms, boardrooms, training areas, customer service and more. Interior demolition is nearly complete and the old HVAC system is being removed. We are so excited to start the exterior demolition next. Check back often for updates. This will be an amazing transformation to watch!

Bank OZK | Cantrell is looking GREAT! Storefront windows are installed, lots of millwork is in place and we are prepping for final paint and finishing up flooring. It is so exciting to watch this project becoming a part of a thriving community.

Pine Bluff High School | Topping Out Ceremony
It was an amazing day! Van Tilbury, President & CEO spoke on the magnitude of this project and the impact it will have on the students and community, as well as the financial benefit to Pine Bluff through local subs. Jennifer Barbaree, Superintendent, also shared her excitement for the project and future. Each and every person attending had the opportunity to sign the beam before it was raised and placed over the entrance connecting the Arena and the Auditorium for the New Pine Bluff High School Campus.
