Bobby Donaldson, CFO

Bobby is Certified Public Accountant with twenty-nine years experience.  He started his professional career at CPA firms performing audits and preparing corporate tax returns.  He joined East Harding Construction in  2018 and has been in the construction industry for the last twenty-four years.

As the CFO and member of the senior management team, Bobby manages, directs, plans and coordinates all financial activities of the company. He prepares monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP, periodic budgets and forecast reports projecting cash flow, operating budget and revenue projections and coordinates the annual audit and preparation of the corporate tax return with our outside accounting firm.  As a member of the senior management team, Bobby reviews all aspects of the company including procedures, policy, systems and internal controls analyzing risk management and areas for improving profitability.

Bobby holds a B.A. in Accounting from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR.

Bobby’s Current Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all company accounts.

• Prepare monthly financial statements.

• Prepare budget and financial forecasts.

• Oversee all Payroll and Human Resource functions.

• Oversee all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

• Coordinate with Operational Manager and all Project Managers.

• Implementation and maintaining accounting, estimating and project management software.

• Experience with Spectrum Accounting Software & Sage Estimating Software, Maxwell’s American Contractor Accounting Software, Dexter Chaney’s Spectrum Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
