Corporate

East Harding Construction is especially skilled in the construction of Class A offices and the close coordination with the owner and design team that is required to deliver exceptional quality, often in occupied and high-rise buildings.

Stephens Inc.

In 1992, Stephens Inc. selected East Harding Construction to renovate 432,000 sf of some of the highest quality office space in Arkansas.  Since that time, East Harding has completed every Class A office renovation in the 25-floor building.  The building program will conclude with the renovation of the 3rd floor into Class A corporate office space.

TACAir Executive Terminal

TACAir, now Signature Aviation, was a privately-owned Fixed Base Operator (FBO) with operations across the United States.  This 16,000 SF new construction is located at Clinton National Airport.  The world-class executive FBO includes a pilot lounge, theater room, showers/locker rooms, a public lobby, concierge desk and administrative offices.  Suspended in the public lobby is a ¾-scale replica of a Command-Aire built by Arkansas Aircraft Company in the late 1920s.  The project also included the weather-proofing and repainting of 14 aircraft hangars, including “Hangar One,” a historic Works Progress Administration (WPA) aircraft hangar built in the mid-1930s.

LOPFI | Tenant Finish

East Harding Construction is excited to share the completion of a recent office remodel project for a prominent local commercial lighting supplier! Our team transformed a 2,400 sqft space with full interior demolition and rebuild, crafting a sleek and modern layout.  The design showcases the client’s signature light fixtures, adding a touch of elegance to the entire space.

We are proud to have executed this renovation in the Arkansas Local Police & Fire Retirement (LOPFI) Building, a long standing client of East Harding Construction.

Enable Midstream Partners

East Harding Construction was the General Contractor for the construction of Centerpoint Energy’s new 10,632 sf regional headquarters office building and the 5,576 sf warehouse in North Little Rock.  The main office building is a structural steel skeleton with metal stud framing and a natural stone exterior.  A safe room was added in the center of the facility.  The project was on schedule and under budget.

1011 SW A Street

1011 SW A Street Building cultivates the urban edge of SW A Street in an area on the cusp of the burgeoning downtown Bentonville. The 22,000 SF class A office building provides modern, open workspaces that stray from the norms of NWA commercial space, such that the building form is a purposeful billboard for the creative companies within. The fresh open structure amplified with extensive windows and articulated by the dark gray brick used in both running bond and soldier stack orientations provides a unique and subtle texture that meets the city design requirements for performance in a strikingly modern format.
