East Harding Construction joined the project team a year before the project began to help budget and assist with design. This 86,203 sf mixed use facility consists of retail space on the first floor, commercial space on the second through fifth, and residential condominiums on the sixth and seventh floors. In addition to the building shell, EHC also completed several tenant interiors for both commercial and residential.
