Sigma Alpha Epsilon

Completion: December 2017
Location: Fayetteville

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house on Stadium Drive is a two-story Georgian brick structure constructed in 1958.   The House will receive an almost $7 million renovation and expansion.

The project scope includes a full exterior restoration, keeping with the historical exterior details, new energy-saving windows, jambs, and trim; masonry repointing and sealing; soffit and cornice repair; repainting— as well as targeted interior work—asbestos abatement, flooring, new insulation, new paint, HVAC systems, restroom improvements, etc.

The addition will provide new communal, dining, and food service areas—ADA access, a new elevator, and additional bedrooms in the open attic space. EHC is able to participate in evaluating design options and cost before the project moves into construction.

The project is fast-track, fully commissioned and constructed to the minimum equivalent of LEED Silver.
