The Administration South Building (3-story, 34,000 sf) was renovated to house the Nursing and Health Sciences Program. All three floors received an extensive renovation, adding research labs, support spaces, teaching labs, classrooms, administrative and office space — all with state-of-the-art technology. The building is LEED Gold Certified, fully commissioned and implemented Governor Beebe’s Mentor-Protégé Program to increase Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation in the project.
