Completed 2016 on a fast-track schedule, the 17,185 sf, 4-story Fraternity House designed in the traditional Georgian style of surrounding Greek houses, includes 24 sleeping rooms, dining room, library, kitchen, living room, study, laundry and more. The basement features a chapter room, study room and storage.
The house’s structure and exterior are a hybrid of concrete, steel, wood and masonry. There is also a large brick paver patio at the rear of the house for outdoor gatherings.
