This project consists of the installation of a central “mini-heating” plant in the Memorial Hall Building, including steam piping, hot water piping, chilled water piping, heat exchanger, pumps, controls, domestic hot water heater and electrical work for all. The plant will be providing heat to Peabody Hall, Memorial Hall, the ROTC building and the Graduate Education Building.
