In May 2013, Watson Chapel School District voters approved a millage increase to build the new $8.5 million K-1 Elementary School, replacing the 56-year old Edgewood Elementary.  50,000 sf with classrooms, computer labs, library and media center, fine arts, kitchen, cafeteria with performance stage, administration, nurse’s station, counseling, special education, teacher resource room, teacher lounge — a learning facility at its best!

East-Harding prepared the budget and worked closely with school officials to ensure the success of the campaign.  The groundbreaking was held October 22, 2013; completion in December 2014.
