Healthcare Projects

East Harding Construction has a diversified portfolio of Healthcare projects.  We have built relationships with area hospitals such as Jefferson Regional Medical Center & UAMS providing Construction Management and General Contracting services for several of their projects.  We have built and/or renovated multiple Healthcare facilities, a few of which are shown below.

 
This two story, colorful facility provides patients and doctors with a soothing atmosphere and all the necessary amenities for a modern medical practice.
 
The 12,408 sf building hosts exam & xray rooms, a casting room, a waiting room, a patient check in area & physician offices.  There is also plenty of storage and cabinetry to make organization easy.

East Harding Construction is proud to be a part of bringing this much needed modern medical facility to Monticello.

The Allegiant Med Plex is a single story building constructed on a concrete slab with metal frames and clad with modular brick, storefront glass and metal panels.

The facility boasts 32 Exam/Patient Rooms, 4 Labs, 2 Call Centers, 2 X-Ray Rooms, Admin/Dr. Offices, a Reception Area and Patient Waiting Areas.

East Harding Construction was the General Contractor for a 1,500 sf addition to the Emergency Services wing, including demo of existing building exterior and addition of new foundation with tie-in to existing building.

The 5,700 sf interior was remodeled including the triage area, guest relations, waiting area, and the emergency services wing.  The exterior ambulance receiving area and parking area were re-mapped to allow more accessible emergency access.

This newly constructed 6,365 sf, 2 story building features brick and stone veneers in conjunction with corrugated metal cladding to give it a new, modern, professional look while minimizing costs.  It has three covered entries and each has a large canopy.  Aluminum gutters and downspouts divert excess rainwater and keep the exterior in excellent condition.

The first floor displays storefront windows to maximize natural lighting and is designed with plenty of office space & patient treatment rooms.  It also has a comfortable patient reception and waiting area.

This project replaced the old “CARTI” radiology equipment in two treatment vaults with new linear accelerators. The project was delivered in phases, with one vault in operation while the other was being renovated. This project received fundamental commissioning.
