The exterior of both the arena and auditorium is taking shape with the installation of metal panels nearing completion. Inside the arena, the concrete slab has been poured, establishing a solid foundation for further interior work. Interior framing is ongoing.

Outside the main buildings, substantial progress has been made on the parking facilities. The east parking lot is now fully paved, improving accessibility and convenience for future students and staff.
