Southern Tail Brewing is taking shape! Mitzi Skinner, Health & Safety Director was onsite with the crane operator to provide a Safety Stand Down explaining the hazzards, preventitive measures and hand signals of crane and lift operations before beginning the placement of wooden trusses. The operation was completed successfully and safely and looks great!
