Win has more than 25-years of experience in real estate brokerage, sales, leasing, management, development and construction. He is active in the preconstruction phase to help plan, develop scopes of work, connect stakeholders, navigate government policies and entities and negotiate favorable client outcomes. He is well-versed in master planning, zoning, design overlay, bidding and subcontractor relations. Win is a life-long resident of Pine Bluff/South Arkansas and his deep network of relationships in the public and private sectors throughout Arkansas prove him to be a valuable asset to your project team.
Win has studied at Ouachita Baptist University and the University of Arkansas-Little Rock.
Win is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arkansas.
