Working for Equality

Building for the Future

In 2008, East Harding pioneered a Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise (MWBE) program, endorsed by Governor Beebe, that is an integral part of our company culture.

Since 2011, East Harding has partnered with UA-Little Rock & the Anderson Institute on Race & Ethnicity to install brass medallions that commemorate historic individuals & groups in their fight for racial justice and equality through the Arkansas Civil Rights Heritage Trail.  We have continued to support the project.

In 2017, East Harding became a founding corporate partner of the Pine Bluff Construction & Trade Alliance and continues to enable local subcontractors to bid and work on large scale projects in their community.

As Construction Manager of the Fallen Firefighters Memorial at the State Capital in Little Rock, East Harding  Construction donated their fee to help fund the memorial commemorating those who gave their lives in service of others.

East Harding Construction is deeply invested in commemorating our past & creating financial opportunities for our entire community…and it shows!
